The hotel's location is a major advantage as it is close to both the airport and a bus stop that provides direct access to the historic center of the city. Another convenient feature is its proximity to a tram station, allowing guests to easily reach the city center in just 15 minutes.
The hotel would benefit from a renovation as some rooms have old furniture and a noticeable amount of moisture.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had nice facilities. The location was convenient with a bus station nearby for easy transportation to the main station for travel to Pisa and the center of this city.

The bathroom in our room was small, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were initially given a room that wasn't tidied, but the staff quickly moved us to a clean room when we asked. our short stay at this B&B was good and we would recommend it.

The hotel had a good location, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable during my stay. the daily cleaning service ensured that the room was kept tidy.
Some aspects of the room were disappointing. the bathroom was not as clean as expected, with a dirty shower curtain and signs of rust/mold.

The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful, guiding us to Florence and providing a detailed map of sightseeing locations. The reception offered a wide selection of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. The room was surprisingly big with a balcony, contrary to expectations. The late check-out at 12 pm was a bonus, and the value for money was excellent.
