The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful, guiding us to Florence and providing a detailed map of sightseeing locations. The reception offered a wide selection of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. The room was surprisingly big with a balcony, contrary to expectations. The late check-out at 12 pm was a bonus, and the value for money was excellent.
